Payment for Services

  • Preferred Method: We prefer payment via Bank Transfer for a cleaner, faster service.
  • Alternative: We also accept Cash payments at the time of service.
  • Important: Please note we no longer accept cheques.
  • All payments are due in full at the time of the cleaning session.
  • Minimum booking for all services is 2 hours.

Cancellations & Re-booking

We understand that plans change, but please keep in mind that our cleaners rely on their scheduled hours for their livelihood. Many of our team are working parents with carefully managed schedules.

  • 72 Hours’ Notice: We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late Cancellations: If notice is given in less than 72 hours, the session will be charged in full.
  • Why we do this: This policy ensures that if we cannot fill the gap in our schedule, our hard-working cleaners are still paid for the time they had set aside for you.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee While we do not offer refunds, we want you to be 100% satisfied. We offer a 24-hour guarantee: if you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

Extra Services If you require extra cleaning or additional tasks, please contact us 48 hours in advance so we can allocate the extra time and provide an updated quote.
